Looking for the ideal home for summer 2024/25? Our home is a modern, spacious 3 bedroom apartment that will appeal to anyone wanting to enjoy the amazing weather and activities Tauranga has to offer.
The top floor boasts high ceilings, creating a sense of spaciousness in the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, with expansive views through the front windows. Step outside to a gated, private terrace that offers a perfect spot for outdoor living. The home features 2 downstairs bedrooms and a bathroom, while the master bedroom and ensuite on the upper floor provide comfort and privacy. Parking is a breeze with 2 off-street parkings available.
We have a dishwasher, wifi, washing machine and dryer, as well as a charcoal BBQ. It is conveniently located in Bethlehem, Tauranga. It is a short walk to to Bethlehem Town Centre, a 10 minute drive to the city centre and 20 minute drive to beautiful Mt Maunganui beach. There are also childrens playgrounds and walks around the lakes at Carmichael reserve within a stones throw. We have ample books in several bookshelves in the house to cater for a wide range of tastes and guest are welcome to use these.
There are also beautiful golden pheasants in the bush area across the road which often make their appearance late in the afternoon. All bedrooms have both block out blinds and curtains to ensure you are well rested during your stay!
There is a single garage on the ground floor and this is mostly used for storage and access through the back of the property. This property is our home and is being rented out over our NZ summer and therefore we prefer to have families rent it out. It is not appropriate for parties or events of any kind to be held on the property
